• hospitalization: transportation of the Insured person by an ambulance car to a specialized hospital, staying in an ordinary patient's room / special care ward;
• medical specialist’s consultation: the analysis of the medical official report, the expert opinion on treatment of the Insured person, information support of the Insured person, relatives, insurance companies.
2. Medical transportation services:
• buying of air tickets according to the recommendations of the attending physician;
• medical evacuation of an economy/business class, as well as by ambulance aircraft;
• repatriation of a deceased body.
3. Legal services:
• Consultations, the conclusion on legal (law) issues, references according to the legislation of the country of temporary residence;
• assistance on civil cases, cases of administrative offenses, criminal cases in which the Insured person is as the claimant/defendant, the suspect, the accused, the victim.
4. Other services:
• assistance at loss or a delay of baggage;
• assistance at loss of documents;
• escort of minor children;
• organization of early return;
• the organization of transportation for the third parties.
